Wondering What a Life Coach does?
The international Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
For many, coaching is a life-changing experience that dramatically improves their outlook on work and life while improving leadership skills. Coaching helps people tap into their potential, unlocking sources of creativity and productivity. Individuals who partner with coaches have reported several benefits, including improved:

A Professional Coaching relationship - A professional coaching relationship exists when coaching includes a business agreement or contract that defines the responsibilities of each party.
An ICF Professional Coach- also agrees to practice the ICF Professional Core Competencies and pledges accountability to the ICF Code of Ethics.
Client- The "client" is the person(s) being coached.
Sponsor- is the entity (including its representatives) paying for and/or arranging for coaching services to be provided.

In addition to my education and training, I work with Individuals with DISABILITIES specializing in working with Individuals who are Visually Impaired and Blind. I am also a person who has a disability, which I do understand the time and effort it takes to reach any type of goal specially to stay on track. My experiences in my own journey in life has motivated me to be here for others.
